Our company scaled down the shipment to JA from 2011 and started selling food directly to all around Japan and overseas. Starting from “Aoi-chan” design and its package, we newly started selling uniquely named packages of our 5 types of key items in 2013. We advertise our company with a unique communication strategy to well-considered items by setting up a private brand “AOI’s ONE” as well as conducting a processed food production business.
We “directly heard customer’s opinions” at the face- to face sales in a prefectural department when we started business, which motivated us to start the above business. What do customers want? We’d like to make things to delight customers from a customer’s perspective. With such a simple feeling, we started our business. We make every effort to improve our service while directly accepting both pleasant and severe opinions.
